Refund Policy

Summary: Alcatraz is a digital subscription with immediate access. All sales are final; no refunds are issued after access is granted. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.

1. Overview

Alcatraz is a digital service consisting of software-based access to a TradingView Pine Script indicator and related community/support. Access is delivered immediately upon submission of your TradingView username following purchase.

Because the indicator is proprietary intellectual property that cannot be "returned" once viewed on your TradingView account, and because you receive full value immediately upon access, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances after access has been granted.

2. Cancellation (Subscription Members)

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your Whop account, under your active memberships, or by emailing pappafoley@gmail.com.
Cancellation stops all future billing.
You retain access to the indicator and community until the end of your current billing period.
No prorated refund is provided for the current billing period.

3. EU / UK Consumer Withdrawal Rights (14-Day)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (and equivalent UK law) to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason — UNLESS you have expressly waived this right in exchange for immediate access to the digital service.

By checking the box "I consent to immediate access to the Alcatraz Indicator and expressly waive my 14-day statutory withdrawal right under EU/UK consumer law" at checkout, you:

Consent to us granting you immediate access to the Indicator before the 14-day withdrawal period ends;
Acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal;
Understand that no refund will be issued after this waiver.

Purchase of Alcatraz is only possible with this consent. If you do not consent, do not complete the purchase.

4. Chargeback Policy

We take chargebacks seriously. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution with us at pappafoley@gmail.com will result in:

Immediate termination of your Membership
Revocation of TradingView Indicator access and Discord community access
Permanent blocklist from future purchases
Chargeback disputed with evidence of consent-to-immediate-access, access delivery timestamps, and terms acceptance

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where the Service has been materially unavailable due to our fault for an extended period (e.g., we fail to grant TradingView access within 7 days of purchase and after multiple email requests), we may — at our sole discretion — offer a partial or full refund. Pricing Tiers

NASDAQ (MNQ indicator): $799 / month · no free trial
GOLD (MGC indicator): $599 / month · no free trial
BUNDLE (both indicators): $999 / month · no free trial

No plan includes a free trial. Every subscription bills from the first day and renews monthly until cancelled. The bundle price reflects a discount versus subscribing to both single-market plans separately.

6. How to Cancel

Two options:

In your Whop account, under your active memberships
Send an email to pappafoley@gmail.com with:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your Whop order or receipt number

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
